Service Monitor Upgrade Issue - Python file in use

    During windows component upgrade, if you see this window popped up during Service Monitor Agent upgrade process, please perform following steps to fix the issue.

     


    Open Task Manager. Under Serivces, find Dhcp, right click Dhcp, click Go to details.

     

    Right click the process and click End task.

    Click End process.

    Click Retry to continue with upgrade.

    If same window pop up again, please contact NetBrain Support team for help.
