Overview
After install NetBrain Automation Integration app from ServiceNow store, the following user roles were added into ServiceNow instance.
NetBrain App User Role and Privilege
Role | Privilege Description |
x_nbt_netbrain.user | The user has “NetBrain Automation Templates” access |
x_nbt_netbrain.admin | The user has “NetBrain Automation Templates” access The user has access to browse to NetBrain URL link page. |
x_nbt_netbrain.connector_user | This role cannot be used isolated. Combine with x_nbt_netbrain.admin role, user has "NetBrain Connector" access; |
x_nbt_netbrain.map_rule_user | This role cannot be used isolated. Combine with x_nbt_netbrain.admin role, user has "Trigger Rules" access |
x_nbt_netbrain.field_map_admin | This role cannot be used isolated. Combine with the x_nbt_netbrain.admin role, user has "NetBrain Automation Template" and "Parameter mapping" access; |
